 Rating:  - Excellent food storageI've been using strictly Pyrex for my food storage for many months now. I bring my lunches to work so I love that I can heat up the Pyrex in the microwave and then it cleans up easily. This last purchase was for a friend who I think will appreciate it too. Rating:  - EXPLOSIONS!!!I like the idea of these things, and they are definitely good for storage, but yesterday I spent two hours making the best enchiladas EVER and the casserole-sized piece literally exploded in my friend's oven. Read More Rating: - Glass is always safer to store food inYes, I know Pyrex can shatter and burst. But many others, including me, have never had any problems with Pyrex. I just make sure not to subject it to extreme temperatures, and from cold to very hot, or very cold to very hot, etc. Glass is the best thing you can store your food in, if you don't want to worry about PVC from Cling wrap, or BPA, along with other chemicals leeching from plastics into your food. This product I would highly recommend. I have used mine on an almost constant basis without any damage to them, which is quite amazing considering I am rather clumsy with dishes and have two little kids!
