 Rating:  - Excellent deal for the moneyI purchased this phone to replace an identical one that has served me for 20 years. I just finally wore it out. The new one has been in use for about a month now with no problems. It is our main land line phone so it gets a lot of abuse. It is a good, basic, no-frills phone that lasts. Sound quality excellent. Rating: - great lookI purchased this phone as a back-up to the wireless system I currently have, in the event of a power outage. It perfectly fits the bill. Rating:  - ProblemsThe first phone would not program correctly. This phone was a replacement and it, too, will not program correctly in all of the memories. Some are OK. We wanted a phone that had some weight, since we were concerned about it being knocked around on the table. This phone fits the bill. The sound is ok, but not always crystal-clear...however, there is a possibility that our lines are causing the problem.
