 Rating:  - Great aerobic work outI bought this because I wanted to excersize at home and this seemed like it would be a good work out. I have so far tried the first video of the 2 pack and it is an hour long. It was a very good aerobic work out and I couldn't get through the whole hour (45min) before I was really tired. I hadn't worked out in a while so this really tired me out.
