I thought it was standard practice to include a cleaning stick to help with the spittle, but this did not. There's nothing like an inexpensive plastic recorder for practicing wherever you happen to be. I keep it in my napsack and pull it out whenever I'm at a bus stop or I have to wait for any reason. This recorder is the best sub-$10 recorder available.
