 Rating:  - Dog GateThe reason I purchased this was because I am keeping my cousins 2 dogs while he looks for a place to live that he can keep them. He is going through a divorce. I needed something to separate them from my 4 cats. The dogs Hate cats and are very jealous of them. The gate has worked great. The dogs bump their heads against it, push against it but it stays put. If it can keep them under control, a baby would be nothing. Dianne Rating: - Gets the Job DoneI bought this product to use for my small dog. I actually had to buy two because he quickly learned how to jump over just one. Stacking two up worked perfectly for keeping him confined to the kitchen while I was not around. Overall, I think this is a good, sturdy product at an excellent price, and I would definitely recommend it. Rating: - Dreaded this gate... but pleasantly surprised!So we have a wonky bottom-of-the-stairs area that needed a gate under 25" high, and this gate was pretty much it. It looks so junky, and it would be in a high-traffic area, where we'd have to remove it and re-install it several times a day... ugh. But we've been pleasantly surprised at how well it works! Read More Rating: - A pretty good gateI bought two of these gates to keep my house rabbits out of the computer room and away from my books. They are holding up well and fit tightly in the doorways. The only problem I can see is that they don't accommodate uneven walls as well. The height is just right to keep the bunnies out but not so high as to make them difficult to step over. They don't look too bad either. Rating: - Efficient but not pretty......This gate is easy to use, and has worked well, it is just not that pretty to look at.
