The response is a very light shoe with good traction and fits well there are sar far the next best thing to the combat speeds in my opinion. the only draw back i have found it when traning in a cage (MMA, Submission Wrestling etc.) The traction is somewhat lost becasue of the vinal mats used in most cages. if you are looking for a durable comfortable light wrestling ... Very responsive on the mat(hence the name) and are very light, so when you need to sprawl back you can kick your legs up a bit quicker.
