When we take walks in the evening we use this to repel bugs and it work well. The smell is nice and it doesn't irritate my skin. It's a bargain at $5.99 when it's on sale and it's on sale most of the time. Also, it's nice that you don't have to wash it off like bug sprays that contain deet.
