 Rating: - works welli have used another model of a logitech mic-headphone combo before. i liked the sound quality of the previous model & had heard good reviews about this model. for the money that i paid, i can say that i got it's worth! i have used it to chat on skype, iChat, etc & has never given a problem so far. i would recommend this product! Rating: - Excellent price/performance ratioEasy to install and excellent sound quality in both directions. Generous cord, you don't have to remove the headset if you need to move a bit farther away from the computer, it also can reach a computer stashed away some place. The carrying case is a bit bulky, but it effectively protects the headset on a trip. As for negatives, the adjustments of the headset are a bit flimsy, but more importantly the behind the head design can interfere with glasses and make it a bit difficult to find ... Sometimes if you have a program running already, then plug it in the usb, it won't work with that program until u restart the program...
