It is a GREAT "Core" workout and is fun so she doesn't even think it's exercise...just fun! The cool thing with this is how you can go up hill once you learn how to do the weaving back and forth motion (a friend showed her). So it is better than a skate board - you can go uphill weaving then turn around and coast back down hill. One caution -- don't go downhill too fast becasue there is ...
