It works but doesn't seem to work as well as the prescription does, even though it is supposed to be the exact same. I lost more weight quicker with Xenical. Read More Rating: - lilyi have been on that product for about 3-4 month and i lost about 18-20 pounds yes it gives you a diarria if you over ate. but if you eat your regular menu, it will give urge to go to bathroom. I think this product is perfect for constipation you don't have to sit in bathroom for hours and you will not have any diarrea. i will recoment this product to people and i thing i will stay on it for little bet longer to loose more pounds.
